By accessing LinguaFeedback, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

This service is intended for use by educators, language instructors, and school personnel. You represent that you have the authority to upload student work for the purpose of assessment.

You agree that:

• You will only upload audio content for which you have obtained necessary consent.
• You will not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the privacy rights of others.
• You are responsible for the security of your Google account credentials.

LinguaFeedback uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate feedback. The scoring and feedback provided are suggestions only and should never replace your professional judgment. You agree to review all AI-generated content before sharing it with students.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods or unused services.

You retain ownership of the student recordings you upload. We claim no ownership over your educational content.

LinguaFeedback is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this service.
